Privacy Policy.
We built Cortex so enterprise data never reaches us. This policy covers the little we do handle — and the lot we never touch.
Your enterprise data stays yours
Cortex runs on your infrastructure. Your documents, queries, and embeddings never reach DoozieSoft servers.
No training on your content
We never train or fine-tune models on your data. Inference goes to the models you choose — including fully local ones.
Waitlist means three things
Name, company, work email — plus whatever you choose to tell us. Never sold, deletable on request.
No cookies, no ad trackers
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Who we are
DoozieSoft builds Doozie Cortex, an enterprise knowledge intelligence platform designed for self-hosted, private-cloud, and air-gapped deployment. This policy covers the website at cortex.dooziesoft.com and the waitlist it hosts. For anything about the product itself, section 04 is the short version: we don't receive your data.
What this website collects
- Waitlist form — full name, company, work email, role, company size, primary use case, and the checkboxes you select. Submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, our form-delivery processor.
- Newsletter — your email address, nothing else.
- Server logs — standard web-server records (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and operations.
- Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts' CDN; Google may see ordinary request metadata when doing so.
We do not use cookies, analytics beacons, advertising pixels, or session replay tools.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- Train or fine-tune AI models on your content, queries, or embeddings.
- Share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- Send you anything beyond what you explicitly opted into — and you can stop it with one email.
Your enterprise data and Cortex itself
Cortex is designed to run inside your perimeter. When you deploy it, your documents, indexes, knowledge graph, memory, and model traffic live on infrastructure you control, with keys you hold. DoozieSoft has no access to it, receives no copy of it, and runs no telemetry unless you explicitly opt in. In air-gapped mode the product makes no outbound connections at all.

Third-party services
- FormSubmit — delivers waitlist and newsletter submissions to our inbox. It processes only the fields you submit. See formsubmit.co.
- Google Fonts — serves this site's typography. See fonts.google.com.
Both are used solely for the purposes above. When Cortex ships to you, neither is part of the product.
Your rights
Email cortex@dooziesoft.com to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, send us your email address with "unsubscribe" in the subject — no account, no portal, no hoops.
Retention
Waitlist records are kept until 90 days after Cortex general availability, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll say so at the top of this page and update the date. Significant changes affecting waitlist members get mentioned in the next email we send.
